My wife and I have been discussing adding a ductless mini split HVAC unit to the house. We’ve read all of the information online, so we know the different types of machines that are available. I have been thinking about contacting an HVAC shop to get someone out to the house to give me an estimate or quote on the price. Every time I think about calling the HVAC shop, something comes up. I was going to call last Saturday, but then we had a storm and I spent the weekend dealing with wind and rain. I was on my way home from work yesterday and I saw an HVAC businessman in the neighborhood close to my house. I really didn’t want to bother the HVAC businessman, but I had a couple of questions and I wondered if he could just stop by my house real quick when he was done. I hope the HVAC repair person would be outside when I drove by, but he was not. I wrote down the telephone number for the company. When I got home, I called the number. I told the lady on the phone that there was a person from the company in my neighborhood and I wanted to know if I could schedule the same person to come to the house to give me an estimate for the ductless mini split HVAC system. The receptionist told me that I would have to make an appointment, because that particular person was going to be working on a job until late that evening. We did, however, schedule a free consultation and evaluation for the following weekend. <\/p>\n
