I\u2019m not packing a gym bag when I leave for the office anymore.<\/p>\n
Between my work backpack, my lunchbox and my gym bag, it looked like I was going on an excursion.<\/small><\/p>\n
But if I didn\u2019t pack my gym bag, it was highly unlikely that I\u2019d get my exercise in for the day. Going home was not in the cards if I planned to exercise. I wish I was one of those people who could workout before going to the zone controlled HVAC of the office. But I\u2019m just so not a first thing in the morning exerciser. I like to be sleeping inside the central air conditioning of my home in the morning. So I had to get to the gym after work. But if I came home first, even to change clothes, it was over. I\u2019d find some reason to stay inside the quality heating and air of my house rather than go back out and get to the gym. But now, that\u2019s all changed for me as I don\u2019t have to leave my home to get a great workout. These days, I\u2019m enjoying working out from the comfort of my basement. And this home gym has my old gym beat when it comes to air conditioning. That\u2019s because I had a ductless heat pump installed in the basement. It provides amazing cooling comfort down there during our blistering summer. And I even flipped the ductless heat pump over to heating a few times this winter. I have to say that I\u2019ve nearly doubled the amount of time that I\u2019m exercising through the week thanks to working out at home. <\/p>\n
