I often felt like I had no outlet at all for just a bit of time plus space for my thoughts. This only got worse due to the pandemic plus all of us sharing the central a\/c of our home. It felt like I could never find A moment’s peace. But there entirely wasn’t anything I could do about it. My partner plus I could no longer cherish the zone controlled HVAC of the offices that my friend and I were accustomed to laboring in. And the kids were house learning remotely from the central a\/c in the loft as well. That did not leave any room for me to slip off plus be quiet. Just being quiet each day plus alone with my thoughts is a big part of balance for me. Basically, the time I spend alone each day is meditative. It allows me to sort of let my thoughts, concerns plus experiences out plus just relax. But the first year of the pandemic, I could not find a single space inside the HVAC cooling to call my own, but so I figured it was time to take back the garage; Frankly, the garage was well overdue for being cleaned up plus reorganized. So I made that a big project plus got the garage squared away. But then I called the HVAC company to come out plus install a ductless heat pump. That was a genius transfer because that ductless heat pump has gave wonderful residential HVAC in my garage. And I have a space all to myself. <\/p>\n
