It\u2019s particularly ridiculous that anyone is considering sending our kids back to college before the virus is under control. In my humble opinion, we are endangering everyone by forcing this issue too soon. I feel we would be better served staying inside and waiting for the caseload to drop before we try to make our children go study alongside their friends. Of course, it doesn\u2019t help matters that our colleges are already so massively underfunded to begin with; My associate and I barely have cash for basic college supplies in our district, let alone the air decontamination procedures that are necessary. In order for a public indoor space to be safe, we need to increase our indoor air quality significantly. These kids can\u2019t rely on anything less than multiple indoor whole-house air purifiers. My associate and I have to substitute the central Heating and A\/C system to include more than rudimentary commercial A\/C and boilers. In fact, there need to be designated air purification plans to supply an additional level of indoor air quality and safety. I know for particular that we can\u2019t afford to substitute the college\u2019s entire Heating and A\/C system. At best, we might be able to install some advanced HEPA air filters into the existing Heating and A\/C devices. At worst, we can\u2019t even afford to have the central A\/C system running, as it is. If that A\/C device ever breaks down, it would require a big donation from the local Heating and A\/C repair shop to get it up and running again, but you tell me, does that sound like safe indoor air conditions for our children? <\/p>\n
