I have bad anxiety. I have had it for as long as I can remember plus it has been difficult for me to handle at times. I used to live by myself, although I know that genuinely made it worse. My therapist recommended that I find a roommate that I get along with well plus see if that helps with my anxiety, so, my fantastic neighbor Beth was looking for a roommate plus it was the perfect timing for me to transfer in. I have lived with Beth for about five months now plus I know my anxiety has genuinely got better over these five months, however beth plus I have gotten genuinely close plus I know she helps calm me down if I am getting too worked up, and last week, Beth observed that our cooling system had stopped working so she made an appointment with a local Heating plus Air Conditioning business to come over plus inspect our cooling system. She would be at work during the time of the appointment so she asked if I would be able to let the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker inside our apartment. I thought it would be fine, but when the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker knocked on the door I had a full on panic attack. I could hear the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker knocking on the door plus saying my name, although I could not make myself get out of bed. I just sat there while they knocked plus eventually the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker left. I know Beth is going to be aggravated, although I didn\u2019t know what else to do! <\/p>\n
