I have terrible anxiety. I have had it for as long as I can remember as well as it has been difficult for me to handle at times. I could hear the Heating, Ventilation as well as A\/C worker knocking on the door as well as saying my name, even though I could not make myself get out of bed. I just sat there while they knocked as well as eventually the Heating, Ventilation as well as A\/C worker left. I know Beth is going to be upset, even though I didn\u2019t know what else to do! <\/p>\n
