I have had it for as long as I can remember as well as it has been tough for me to handle at times.<\/em> <\/p>\n I used to live by myself, although I feel that entirely made it worse, however my therapist advocated that I find a roommate that I get along with well as well as see if that helps with my anxiety, and so, my nice friend Beth was looking for a roommate as well as it was the perfect timing for me to transfer in. I have lived with Beth for about five months now as well as I feel my anxiety has entirely got better over these five months\u2026 Beth as well as I have gotten entirely close as well as I feel he helps calm me down if I am getting too worked up. Last week, Beth observed that our a\/c had stopped working so he made an appointment with a local Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier to come over as well as inspect our a\/c. She would be at work during the time of the appointment so he asked if I would be able to let the Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker inside our apartment. I thought it would be fine, however when the Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker knocked on the door I had a full on panic attack. I could hear the Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker knocking on the door as well as saying my name, although I could not make myself get out of bed. I just sat there while they knocked as well as eventually the Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker left. I know Beth is going to be frustrated, although I didn\u2019t know what else to do!
