I have exhausting anxiety. I have had it for as long as I can remember plus it has been difficult for me to handle at times. I used to live by myself, but I think that legitimately made it worse. My therapist proposed that I find a roommate that I get along with well plus see if that helps with my anxiety, then so, my superb neighbor Beth was looking for a roommate plus it was the perfect timing for me to move in. I have lived with Beth for about five months now plus I think my anxiety has legitimately got better over these five months, and beth plus I have gotten legitimately close plus I think she helps calm me down if I am getting too worked up, however last week, Beth noticed that our a\/c had stopped toiling so she made an appointment with a local Heating, Ventilation, plus A\/C contractor to come over plus inspect our a\/c. She would be at labor during the time of the appointment so she asked if I would be able to let the Heating, Ventilation, plus A\/C worker inside our apartment. I thought it would be fine, however when the Heating, Ventilation, plus A\/C worker knocked on the door I had a full on panic attack. I could hear the Heating, Ventilation, plus A\/C worker knocking on the door plus saying my name, but I could not make myself get out of bed. I just sat there while they knocked plus eventually the Heating, Ventilation, plus A\/C worker left. I know Beth is going to be aggravated, but I didn\u2019t know what else to do! <\/p>\n
