Things are sure strange when you become a homeowner.

• There were so many things that I was looking forward to when it came to owning a home.

First, it was just so nice to be paying a mortgage and not just paying rent. I had to rent for more than a decade after college and it just killed me to write that check each month knowing that I wasn’t building equity. And then there’s the heating and cooling. While I was renting, I never saw an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional do any sort of Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair or Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair on the heating and cooling equipment. I lived in three strange apartments over that span of time and not once did the Heating, Ventilation & A/C component get any sort of Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional attention. So of course, the heating and cooling were quite mediocre and that’s being kind. The first thing I had to do with this arena was to replace the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. That was sort of part of the deal when I got the price I did on this arena. But once the new Heating, Ventilation & A/C component was installed, I right away called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier. Right then, I set myself up with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair plan. I wanted to be sure that my Heating, Ventilation & A/C component got the necessary Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair both Springtime and fall. I’ve also made sure that I have alerts set on my phone and laptop to remind me to changed the Heating, Ventilation & A/C air filter every month. I’m ready for the added responsibilities of being a homeowner.
