Max doesn't like using his central heating while in the colder months

Max has packed up his space heating system and placed it inside his garage because he won’t need it again until later this year.

He began using his cooling system some weeks ago because the weather finally changed for good.

And that meant it was time to put away the space heating system for the season. Perhaps you’re wondering why Max has a space heater, especially since he has an Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. Well, he uses a space heating system because Max doesn’t like using his central heating during the colder months. While the central heating does make the cabin warm and cozy, Max doesn’t like using it. The only time he will turn on his central heating is when the temperature inside his cabin drops below 60 degrees. And that happens so infrequently that many years ago, Max chose to get a space heating system for those colder mornings. Not only can the space heating system deliver the heat that he needs, but it also can save money on his energy bill. He lives alone and instead of heating his entire cabin, Max can honestly use the space heating system in the rooms that he is in. So, if he is spending time in his kitchen and it’s too cold, Max can use the space heating system instead of his central heating. Plus at night, he turns on his space heating system inside his bedroom. When it gets to the ideal temperature, Max turns it off before he goes to bed. Of course, if Max had roommates, kids, pets or a partner, this wouldn’t work as well. But if you’re single like he is and you live alone it’s better to ditch the Heating, Ventilation and A/C during the winter and use a space heating system instead.
