I was surprised to see the heating and A/C corporation walking up the sidewalk.
He had his tool tote in hand, and looked like he was enjoying a late Springtime constitution. I had never seen an actual heating and A/C tech who wasn’t in his repair van. What if he actually needed parts? He didn’t have enough room in his tool tote for a/c parts. My mind was racing now. Maybe he lost his license from a DUI. Maybe he did not have a driver’s license. How would he get back to the heating and A/C company if he didn’t have what he needed? I kept trying to figure out the situation. When he simply got to the house, he showed me his ID and told me he was there to check the a/c unit. I looked down the street, even though I still couldn’t see the heating and A/C repair van. I couldn’t contain my curiosity. I had to ask where his repair van was. He told me another heating and A/C tech had taken the repair van back to the office, so it could be taken care of. He had multiple a/c services to do on this street. While he was going between the homes, the repair van was being repaired. He would be back before he completed my A/C unit. In the meantime, he was going to bring back any parts he may need for the A/C units he had already taken care of. My fears were founded, and it was only a case of multi-tasking for him and the heating and A/C company. Half an hour later, the heating and A/C repair van was pulling into my driveway, and my corporation was finishing up with my A/C unit.
