For sure, I’m all for chopping costs around the house.
I spend far too several hours inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C of the office to waste any of my difficult gained money.
I’m thankful to have a family who supports me when it comes to reining in costs. Much of my income is predicated on a bonus structure. So there are times when I have to provide most people the heads up to be absolutely careful about what they spend. And pretty much since the start of the pandemic, I have been careful about spending. When I was toiling from the central a/c of the household during the worst of it, there was no bonuses at all. In fact, the bonus structure has only been back in site for the last 18 months or so. So my associate and I are again making sure that my associate and I are super careful with the control device setting to save on cooling costs. The Summer heat is for sure our biggest challenge when it comes to utility costs. The mild winter season sure helps as the heating costs are basically negligible. Still, my associate and I make up for it in the Summer. That means keeping the household sealed up slender & stopping direct sun heating with blinds & drapes being pulled each day. I program the digital control device as well so my associate and I don’t have a/c running too much in an empty house. Still, with as much as my associate and I do to save on Heating, Ventilation & A/C costs, I don’t skimp on Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance. Without fail, my associate and I get Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance in the Fall & again in the Springtime. Our residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C is just too important to our family not to pay on consistent, seasonal Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance.
