I’m thankful to have a family who supports me when it comes to reining in costs. Much of my income is predicated on a bonus structure. So there are times when I have to give most people the heads up to be absolutely careful about what they spend. And pretty much since the beginning of the pandemic, I have been careful about spending. When I was working from the central a/c of the condo during the worst of it, there was no bonuses at all. In fact, the bonus structure has only been back in arena for the last 18 months or so. So my friend and I are again making sure that my friend and I are super careful with the thermostat setting to save on cooling costs. The Summer heat is for sure our biggest challenge when it comes to utility costs. The mild winter time sure helps as the heating costs are basically negligible. Still, my friend and I make up for it in the Summer. That means keeping the condo sealed up narrow plus stopping direct sun heating with blinds plus drapes being pulled each afternoon. I program the digital thermostat as well so my friend and I don’t have a/c running too much in an empty house. Still, with as much as my friend and I do to save on Heating plus Air Conditioning costs, I don’t skimp on Heating plus Air Conditioning service. Without fail, my friend and I get Heating plus Air Conditioning service in the Fall plus again in the Spring. Our residential Heating plus Air Conditioning is just too important to our family not to pay on consistent, seasonal Heating plus Air Conditioning service.
