For one, my friend and I don’t have to worry about the heat pump dying plus leaving us without a/c.

This is the sort of media whole-condo air purifier that sits inside the Heating plus Air Conditioning machine plus takes out all the indoor air contaminants. And I mean all of them. The UV light that is used by this sort of media whole-condo air purifier eliminates any plus all indoor pollutant. From the pollen allergens to the animal dander plus the bacteria causing smells, it’s all gone. And my friend and I are left with the absolutely best indoor air quality we’ve ever enjoyed inside the central a/c of this house.
