The idea of A/C service plan has been brought to my attention multiple times, I was not interested. I never thought I would get an A/C service plan. Why pay a monthly fee when I could get the services that I needed, when I needed them? Seemed like a waste of money. Every time I would have a heating and cooling worker over at my home, they would recommend the HVAC service plan, something I would ignore every time. However, the last time the cooling worker was at my place, he mentioned that the A/C service plan was having a 3 month free trial, and if I tried the free trial, I would get a discount on my A/C tune up that I was getting today. I finally caved and decided I would try it for 3 months, and cancel. But much to my own surprise, I never did cancel it. Why? Well during those 3 months, my cooling machine broke down, which wasn’t too surprising, since the unit is old and constantly having issues. Well all I had to do was call them and they came out and fixed everything for free. It was all on the same day too, which is amazing, since it usually takes them at least a few days to get to me. It turns out having the cooling service plan is great, especially if you have an old central cooling unit that is prone to breaking down all of the time. It is very convenient to have.
