I’m a firm believer that there is just no nice reason to forego getting consistent, seasonal HVAC maintenance.
I feel my friend and I all need to be signing up for HVAC repair plans or making it a semiannual event to get HVAC maintenance, however of course it cost money.
I have had some homeowner tell me that the HVAC repair from a professional is just a scam. HVAC maintenance is nothing more than a way to bilk customers out of money is what I hear. What these people are entirely saying is that I’m going to make up some fake reason not to put money into taking care of the HVAC equipment. Honestly, that’s entirely what it comes down to. The idea that the HVAC repair plan is some sort of scam is completely ridiculous. Part of my HVAC repair plan includes heating maintenance in the winter time plus an a/c tune up in the Springtime. Another part of the HVAC repair plan states that if there is ever a chop down involving my HVAC equipment, the HVAC company picks up all the HVAC repair costs. All I have to pay for are the parts. So if the HVAC maintenance was a scam, then why would the HVAC company be so willing to risk so much free HVAC service. No, folks will make things up in their mind to justify just about anything. It’s important to resist that sort of foolishness plus put your money into nice HVAC maintenance. HVAC equipment is just too essential to our lives not to have it taken care of.
