Periodically desperate times call for desperate measures. I’d like to feel that this wasn’t the case, but we’ve reached that moment in time. You see, for the past 5 months I’ve been trapped indoors with my family. They have been driving me insane for at least the past 4.5 months of this ordeal. Unluckyly, there’s no real end in sight when it comes to ending our quarantine or getting everyone out of the house again. It seems like we might be stuck with this setup for another year. And there was no way I could sit another moment of that. Things started getting tough when the outdoor air started getting tepid and humid. As the summer time season set in, our outdoor temperature needed a severe overhaul. The indoor air quality was brutally tepid and humid all the time. The kids never stopped complaining about the central Heating and A/C settings or control device controls from the first afternoon of summer time onward. Of course, they couldn’t go abuse a public Heating and A/C system by going to the movies or Starbucks. Instead, they just wanted me to adjust the central Heating and A/C settings moment by moment to compensate for all of their air temperature preferences. I desperately tried to keep everyone cheerful… for a while. And then I saw what our weekly bills looked like after all that Heating and A/C manipulation. In the end, I went online and bought 3 brand modern mini split ductless heating and cooling systems. Each child now has their own Heating and A/C unit. They can adjust the temperature however they want, so long as they leave me alone.
