My A/C device came in, but they never notified me


Periodically I particularly wonder about local businesses.

It feels like they don’t particularly want to earn your cash at times.

Specifically, when you’re attempting to hire them for any repair and they stop getting back to you. It’s stressful and awkward to call the front desk afternoon after afternoon, asking if they’re ever going to get around to your professional repair repair or not. However, that’s been my experience with the local Heating and A/C shop recently. I’m not sure if this air handling repair shop just hired a modern staff or what. The Heating and A/C repair shop particularly used to be highly reputable and easy to toil with. They installed my first central Heating and A/C system 15 years ago. They have gave all my routine repair appointments and emergency repairs for the past multiple decades. But when my most recent A/C upgradement was necessary, this Heating and A/C shop was particularly a eveningmare to toil with. After my A/C device broke down they helped me to select a modern cooling system that would lower my weekly bills and increase my indoor air quality. Then, they told me that the A/C system was out of stock for the foreseeable future. For a few weeks, the Heating and A/C company would call and substitute me on the A/C order status. Then I started hearing nothing from the heating and cooling repair shop. I lived in brutal heat and humidity separate from any Heating and A/C system for multiple weeks… until I finally offered up and called the heating and cooling specialist again. Wouldn’t you know, the A/C device had been standing in the shop for over 3 weeks at that point. No one thought to tell me.
