Our a/c was cold the house & I couldn’t sit it anymore, my wife constantly enjoys to have the house a little bit cold & she constantly has the smart temperature control set at about 60 degrees, then i, on the other hand, cannot sit when the house is that cold, 60 degrees is an unreasonably cold temperature to have all year round! Last night, I got condo from work & was looking forward to coming out of the snowy weather & walking into a nice hot house & feeling the hot air from the heater, however when I entered the house, I had almost no comfort of warmth because my wife had the a/c set so low.
I stomped to the smart temperature control & turned on the heat & set the temperature to 76 degrees.
When my wife came to greet me, she saw the temperature control & was right away horrified. “Why did you change the temperature on the smart temperature control?!” She was so worried that I had changed the temperature & I didn’t understand why! She was all bundled up in a hoodie, leggings, fuzzy socks, & a hat in the house! I told her it was way too cold outside to only have the house at 60 degrees. She rolled her eyes & walked back to the kitchen. Later that night, I was once again cold in my own house, & it turns out that my wife had turned the a/c on. I went to the smart temperature control & turned off the a/c again & turned on the heat. We had a couple of discussions about this & then decided to get zone controlled heating cooling so that some rooms would be the temperature that she wanted & some would be the temperature I wanted.
