My aunt has worked in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry for over a decade now & he constantly has wild stories to tell about the unusual shoppers he’s encountered at every family celebration.

He can rant for days about the cases he’s seen where self-proclaimed handymen have tried & failed to service their own malfunctioning Heating & Air Conditioning unit only to make the situation far worse & a lot pricier to fix.

He’s truly persistent in telling pretty much everyone to contact him immediately if their air conditioner or heating system is experiencing any concerns. If you were to go by the way he talks about it, a broken Heating & Air Conditioning system is only one step up from the end of the world, & I shrugged it off just like pretty much everyone else until I actually needed some assistance. Things were going just like any other morning, near the start of June, when my AC started to make a loud rattling sound… Of course, due to his frequent reminders to call him if something goes wrong, I knew to call my aunt about the problem. I tried to explain the noise to see if he could tell me a easy service to the problem although he insisted on coming over himself to take a look at it. I was grateful for his help however I got an earful that evening for the negligence of my system. The filters were clogged up from lack of cleaning, something I had overlooked, & some debris had managed to labor its way down into the motors. He spent the evening teaching me the typical way to wipe out a gunked up Heating & Air Conditioning system & he seemed excited to be of help to a member of the family.
