Without fail, my friend and I get Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance in the Fall and again in the Spring

For sure, I’m all for chopping costs around the house. I spend far too many hours inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C of the office to waste any of my tough received cash. I’m thankful to have a family who supports me when it comes to reining in costs. Much of my income is predicated on a bonus structure. So there are times when I have to supply most people the heads up to be undoubtedly careful about what they spend. And pretty much since the start of the pandemic, I have been careful about spending. When I was toiling from the central a/c of the home during the worst of it, there was no bonuses at all. In fact, the bonus structure has only been back in place for the last 18 months or so. So my friend and I are again making sure that my friend and I are super careful with the thermostat setting to save on cooling costs. The Summer heat is for sure our biggest challenge when it comes to utility costs. The mild winter sure helps as the heating costs are basically negligible. Still, my friend and I make up for it in the Summer. That means keeping the home sealed up narrow and stopping direct sun heating with blinds and drapes being pulled each day. I program the digital thermostat as well so my friend and I don’t have a/c running too much in an empty house. Still, with as much as my friend and I do to save on Heating, Ventilation and A/C costs, I don’t skimp on Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance. Without fail, my friend and I get Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance in the Fall and again in the Spring. Our residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C is just too important to our family not to spend cash on consistent, seasonal Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance.
