This cooling preventative service safety check includes things like checking the refrigerant, leak testing the air conditioning unit, checking and decreasing the fan belt, checking the bearings, aligning the pulleys, lubricating the motor, checking the air filter, checking the condenser, and checking the drain
I hired a heating and cooling supplier that has been a family owned and operated corporation for over 48 years, they told me that they are proud to carry a complete line of quality air conditioning products including high efficiency air conditioning units… I told them that I wanted to get a current air conditioning component put into my loft before the Summer this year, and they told me that they could install one for me but that they could also just do a complete air conditioning tune up for me on my aged unit! Apparently, my aged component has some more life left in it. At least that’s how they seemed to feel about it. That’s how the Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation explained it to me, anyway, he said that he would be cheerful to give me a current air conditioning unit, but if I wanted to save some money he would just request that my associate and I do their tune up special this year, and right now, they are offering a central air conditioning tune up special for only $79. This cooling preventative service safety check includes things like checking the refrigerant, leak testing the air conditioning unit, checking and decreasing the fan belt, checking the bearings, aligning the pulleys, lubricating the motor, checking the air filter, checking the condenser, and checking the drain. They also said that they would check the operation of our temperature control just to make sure that it’s running respectfully too. I have to say that I thought this was a pretty wonderful deal and I was also impressed that they did not just try to upsell me on a current air conditioning component when I don’t entirely really need it.
