I never thought my headaches and migraines could be from poor ventilation. I thought I had a lot of stress because of my job, and I was distraught about everything. My job wasn’t going well. The eye healthcare expert told me she didn’t feel my headaches and migraines were from stress or worry. She thought my headaches were from dust sensitivities. She asked if my friend and I had good ventilation in our house. She told me she could see the redness that comes from allergy eyes and she gave me a sample of allergy eyedrops. She then told me I needed to have my ductwork cleaned and get an UV air purifier. I thought she was crazy, despite the fact that I took the eyedrops home and tried to use them! A week later, I called the Heating & A/C corporation and asked them to clean the ductwork. While they were there, I was asking about a whole-home UV air purifier. The eyedrops were toiling so well that I figured the eye healthcare expert wasn’t as ridiculous as I thought, and she may be right about the ductwork and the UV air purifier. That was six weeks ago, and so far, I had only one headache, which was my fault. I knew I had one too several margaritas while out with my bestie.
