I have been nursing a wicked sore throat from pollen irritations for six afternoons now in addition to I suppose it should be going away pretty soon.

The weather as of late has been really windy so a lot of dust in addition to pollen has been stirred up in this town in addition to made my pollen irritations come back.

At least now I have a wee bit more energy than when it first started late last Wednesday, which is particularly because I started taking dust sensitivity medicine. I normally don’t have many pollen irritations adore this, however when the wind blows so hard adore it has been it can stir up a lot of pollen irritations again, then the local corporation sells allergy medicine at a pretty good price in addition to they have a nice space gas furnace in the waiting section to keep all the people warm. I adore hanging out there in addition to talking with the people working in the venue because they are some really nice people. I first went there last year because they had a fireplace in the front room that you could sit next to, which was perfect for heating yourself up on those freezing winter time afternoons! So this month I am going to get all of my work done in addition to meeting my friend at 1pm to do a short workout routine. Then I will come to the apartment in addition to get more of my work done around the house, which is mainly going to do my yoga routine in addition to cooking a good eggplant parmesan dinner for my flatmate Jan in addition to I. Jan works at the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning corporation where I work in addition to Jan and I both do a lot of ductless Heating in addition to Air Conditioning sales to the residents of town.
