Cooling service is good to have

Life as a professional in the cooling industry has been filled with new and unusual experiences.

  • Some are not as great, however most have left sweet memories for our team and me.

I have worked at the cooling company for 11 years, and each afternoon brings fun and unique experiences. My associate and I have seasons where work is slow and acquire fewer calls than in other seasons. One of the lowest seasons is in the first few weeks of Spring. Last week, we got a call from a client who wanted their quality a/c system replaced because it was old and she thought it would soon stop functioning. Before we replace any cooling unit, we regularly run comprehensive a/c service to ensure that nothing more can be done to improve the unit. After confirming the replacement, we ordered a new mini-split a/c system per the customer’s wishes. Since we knew more about a/c, we understood the kind of Heating and A/C component the client wanted, and from our experience with cooling tech we knew just the component to help with indoor comfort. The lady was impressed by our efficiency and teamwork, and she was making something that smelled exquisite. As we continued with the a/c system installation, I remembered I knew what was producing the smell from the study room. It was our number one meal, lasagna. My associate and I installed the thermostat, and the senior cooling representative took the customer’s kid through how to schedule a/c repairs to keep the component functioning optimally and maintain the air quality. After we were done, the cooling specialist team later sat down for supper, and supper was terrific. I raved about this lasagna for the following mornings and even called to thank the lady.
