Should have repaired the roof when he had the discount


When my hubby & I rented the rental apartment it was going to shambles; My pal and I got a great deal on a single family apartment in the city, then it was right near all the shops, bars & diners.

I could ride my bike to either of my brother’s homes. It was so convenient. It sucked having one bathroom however we each had our own roof. It had wood floors & a good family room… There were things that needed repairs that the landlord just wouldn’t do, however due to this, his rental isn’t going to last long. My hubby & I complained about the AC time & time again. The landlord said no to a current cooling system, then well because the air conditioning does not work great, there was a lot of moisture in the home. Mold & mildew was a constant problem. Their drywall is squishy in some sites. The worst is that the guy ignored the roof repair while we were there. Water would come in several sites when it rained. Our section gets rain all the time too. I would put buckets down to save the floor however the ceiling was a wreck. It was spongy & falling in sites. I know the guy who rented after us, however no way did he put buckets down to save the wood floor, then so because the landlord won’t hire roofers, he is going to need a current ceiling & floors quite soon, then you have to invest to save your property; A roof repair would have been a cheap update. Now he will need a brand current roof.
