When my partner plus I rented the rental home it was going to shambles, then we got a great deal on a single family home in the city, it was right near all the shops, bars plus eating establishments.

It was so convenient. It sucked having one bathroom however my great friend and I each had our own roof. It had wood floors plus a superb kitchen; There were things that needed repairs that the home owner just wouldn’t do, due to this, her rental isn’t going to last long. My partner plus I complained about the AC time plus time again. The home owner said no to a new cooling system. Well because the air conditioner does not work great, there was a lot of moisture in the home. Mold plus mildew was a constant problem. Their drywall is squishy in some places. The worst is that the woman ignored the roof repair while my great friend and I were there. Water would come in multiple places when it rained. Our part gets rain all the time too. I would put buckets down to save the floor however the ceiling was a wreck. It was spongy plus falling in places. I know the woman who rented after us, and no way did she put buckets down to save the wood floor, however so because the home owner won’t hire roofers, she is going to need a new ceiling plus floors quite soon. You have to invest to save your property, however a roof repair would have been a cheap substitute. Now she will need a brand new roof.
