I reminded him not to step on the carpets, but I couldn’t remember if I told why she shouldn’t step on the carpets, then five minutes later, she found out. She stepped on a rug that was in front of the air duct, plus she was now lying on my dining room floor. I called the paramedics, because I was sure she had destructiond her back or hips. She looked care about she was in pain. I told the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional not to move, plus that I had called an ambulance.
