He realized that periodically things are not as hard as they seem
It was a warm Summer day & Carl was kneeling in his office, trying to concentrate on his work. Suddenly, he heard a strange noise coming from the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. He tried to ignore it, but the sound kept getting louder & more persistent, and carl got up from his desk & went over to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. He could see that the fan was not turning officially & the belt was loose. He knew that he had to do something abruptly before it got any worse. He tried to turn off the unit, but it was not responding. The sound was becoming deafening, & he felt care about his head was going to explode. He picked up the iphone & called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairman, but he was already on another task. Frantic, Carl started to call other Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies, but everyone was either tied up or too far away. He was running out of options. He knew that he had to act fast or the unit would completely chop down, leaving him without air conditioner. Carl decided to take matters into his own hands. He had never worked on an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit before, but he had watched his brother-in-law do it a few times. He gathered all the tools he could find & began to work on the unit. After a few hours of strenuous work, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit was running smoothly again. Carl breathed a sigh of relief as he sat back & admired his handiwork. He was proud of himself for taking the initiative to repair the unit. He realized that periodically things are not as hard as they seem. He also l earned that periodically, the best thing to do is to take control & repair the problem yourself.
