Rachel & Peter lived in a small town in the mid-west & often went out to eat at local pizzerias… One day, they went to their number one pizzeria, The Olive Tree, but when they arrived, they were shocked to see that the air conditioner was not working.
- It was the middle of July & the temperature outside was over 90 degrees, making it unbearable inside the pizzeria.
They tried to ignore the heat & like their meal, but it was difficult. After the meal, Rachel recommended they go anywhere else to eat, but Peter reminded her that they only had a single automobile & they were already there, then so, they decided to strenuous it out & stay, then however, the experience left a lasting impression on Rachel & she vowed never to return to the Olive Tree again unless they had air conditioner! From that day on, Rachel made it her mission to ensure that all pizzerias in the town had air conditioner. She started by writing to the owner of the Olive Tree & asking him to repair the air conditioner. She went from pizzeria to pizzeria, speaking to owners & encouraging them to install air conditioner. In no time, all of the pizzerias in town had air conditioner & Rachel became known as the “Air Conditioning Lady”, rachel & Peter were walking down Main Street & saw a new pizzeria opening up. They were excited to try it out & when they got there, they were thrilled to see that the pizzeria had air conditioner. They walked inside & saw that the owner had written “Air Conditioning” on the door in big, bold letters. Rachel was overjoyed & knew that her mission was a success.
