Whenever I call the HVAC company, I usually get the same HVAC technician.

I enjoyed getting to know the HVAC technician, and knowing I could trust him to be honest and fair. I was calling the HVAC company to request them to set up an appointment for the cleaning and service of my air conditioner unit. It was only February, but we often needed the air conditioning in the spring. I wanted to have the servicing done early. They had no problem setting up the appointment and gave the time, date, and the name of the HVAC technician who would be doing the service this year. I didn’t know the name, and I asked why we weren’t getting the same HVAC technician they always sent to the house. I was told that which HVAC tech you got was the luck of the draw. With servicing, they could set up nothing but services in this area, ahead of time, and the tech would be prepared with everything he may need. I wanted to argue that I didn’t know this technician, but it was useless. I understood what she was saying and why they did it that way. It was more convenient and the HVAC tech was to do only AC servicing on that day. He could get more work done and not need to worry about being late for most of his service calls. I’ll probably be the only customer he is late arriving for.
