Had to get a special HVAC for my tiny home

My tiny home came separate from Heating & Air Conditioning equipment and I knew I had to have it! I called the people I purchased the tiny property from, and asked what happened to the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment.

They said it was included in the package, but they were honestly wrong.

The people who put my place together, didn’t find Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, and I needed that. I was told that if I went to a Heating & Air Conditioning company and purchased my Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, they would reimburse me the cost. I called the local Heating & Air Conditioning equipment company and asked if they could install a Heating & Air Conditioning program into my tiny place. They sent a supplier over, and he was going through my home, however he said he had never seen a tiny home in the past. Evidently, it presented several interesting options for Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. The actual one he put at the top of the list, was a ductless system. Since my property was mobile, there would be no reason for disattaching when I moved. The ductless Heating & Air Conditioning equipment used electricity. It was simply a small device on the outside of the wall, and an actual one inside. Since my property was small, all I would need was a single mini split Heating & Air Conditioning system for the entire place. I asked about the price and what styles they had. I told this guy that I wanted something with a high efficiency rating in heating, AC, and energy use. I also wanted something that didn’t need a good amount of service. He showed me the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning equipment he would suggest, and I asked him to have it installed. Once the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment was installed, I sent a copy of the receipt to the tiny property manufacturer and had a check a week later.
