Had to get an HVAC installed from another company

My tiny lake household came without Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and I knew I had to have it.

  • I called the people I bought the tiny lake house from, and asked what happened to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system.

They said it was included in the package, but they were honestly wrong. The people who put my house together, didn’t find a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device, and I wanted one. I was told that if I went to a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and purchased my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, they would reimburse me the cost. I called the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and asked if they could install a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device into my tiny house. They sent a corporation over, and she was going through my home. She said she had never seen a tiny house before, and it presented many interesting options for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. The one she put at the top of the list was a ductless system. Since my lake household was mobile, there would be no reason for disattaching it when I moved. The ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device used electricity. It was one small component on the outside of the wall, and one inside. Since my lake household was small, all I would need was a single mini split Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device for the entire home. I asked about the price and what styles they had. I told her I wanted something with a high efficiency rating in heating, AC, and energy use. I also wanted something that didn’t need a lot of service. She showed me the ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device she would suggest, and I asked her to have it installed. Once the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device was installed, I sent a copy of the receipt to the tiny lake house manufacturer and had a check a month later.
