There is an section on the roof of our beach house where 2 angles meet.

This section tends to get a lot of water, water runs down from both of the parts of the roof to this one central locale.

We have flashing on the bottom of the roof to make sure that the water travels away from the house. Unluckyly, the flashing does not legitimately help in the section where the 2 parts of the roof meet at an angle. When I was going to sell the house, I decided to have someone come out to look at the roof. I didn’t want to tell prospective beach house customers that the roof was great if it wasn’t. I wanted to make sure that every problem was disclosed when I sold the property. The inspector that looked at the beach house and one of the largest problems he spotted was the soft section in the roof near the valley. The inspector gave me the name of a roofing contractor that handles commercial and residential repairs and upgrade tasks, and he told me the roofing contractor was one of the best in the supplier and the guy was actually satisfactory. He also told me that the roofing contractor worked with everyone to make sure they could afford to get all of the labor done that was needed. That was nice to hear, because I was hoping to find a roofing contractor that would do the repairs soon, but wait to get paid until after the sale of the house. The contractor gave me 90 afternoons to pay off our bill and that was plenty of time to get the sale completed.
