Honestly, I thrive in structure and always knowing what’s going to happen. Getting hit with some sort of drastic challenge without any preparation is something I always detest. Whether it’s in the commercial Heating & A/C of my office for the central AC in my cabin, I do my best to manage risk. I’m not necessarily completely immune to risk. Living this life without taking any risks is not living life at all. However, I do my best to be reasonable when it comes to risks. The fact is, there’s so many things that happen randomly I have to deal with, so the more I can manage expectations and risk, the better off I am when I do have to deal with something challenging. One thing I try to avoid is risking anything that is essential. That goes for the heating and cooling inside my home as well. I live in an area where quality heating and cooling is important. Our winters are cold and we need the heating system to keep us warm. And the Summer is brutal so we need plenty of AC as well. This means we need to eliminate the risk of Heating & A/C unit down time by being proactive. I belong to the Heating & A/C service agreement offered by my area Heating & A/C business. This ensures that the Heating & A/C unit is getting familiar Heating & A/C service in the fall and again in the Spring. And that goes a long way towards lowering the number of risks that the Heating & A/C unit wouldn’t give the quality heating and cooling that I depend upon.
