After selling my company for a good amount of money, I knew that I didn’t need to worry about what to do next.
Sarah had been planning all of that out for years.
I sold our company and cased out of that commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C work environment. I’d sacrificed so much for a business I knew would make lots of money and it did. However, leaving that commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C of the office and my company behind wasn’t heart wrenching. It’s not like that job or that company was my passion. Frankly, just living is my passion. So once I had all the money we’d ever need, I knew that Sarah would hook up the rest, and sure enough, she found the coolest place for us to live. The main house had 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. However, it needed numerous renovations as it was an old property. This property was built before there was even any residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C. The previous owners had installed an air duct and we had a nice central air conditioning situation. And it came with a cool guest house that sits off behind the house maybe two hundred yards. It’s the perfect spot to just chill out when I do not have business. I took charge of renovating that guest house. And the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business installed ductless heat pumps to deliver all the quality heating and air that I would ever need. I then had some new flooring put down and chose the furniture. This is also where I hung the biggest TV I’ve ever seen in my life. While not a man cave so much, it’s a fantastic place to sneak some guy time.
