When we sold our enterprise for some good money, we knew that we didn’t need to worry about what to do next.
Our partner had been planning all of that out for years. We sold the enterprise and cased out of that commercial Heating and A/C toil environment. We worked strenuously at something we knew would make us a fortune and it did. Exiting that commercial Heating and A/C of the office and offices behind wasn’t that strenuous to do. It’s not like the business was our passion. Honestly, just living is our passion. So once we had our fortune at hand, we knew that our partners would hook up the rest. Sure enough, they found the coolest area for us to live. The main houses have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but they needed plenty of renovations since they were older. These chalets were built before there was even any residential Heating and A/C. The previous owners had set up ventilation systems and we had a nice central air conditioner situation. But these houses also came with cool guest houses. And they sit off behind the home maybe fifty yards. These are the perfect spots to just chill out when we do not have business. We took charge of renovating that space. And the Heating and A/C corporation added a pair of ductless heat pumps to provide all the quality heating and air that we would ever need. We then had some modern flooring put down and picked out some furniture. This is also where we hung the largest TVs we’ve ever seen in our lives. We love hanging out in these guest houses when we want to enjoy man time.
