I noticed something interesting about 10 years ago when I finally moved out of my family home for the first time, and it was then that I first moved into a small home building where I had several roommates.
At the time, I thought it was extremely unrespected when I found out that every study room was lacking an overhead fan and overhead light.
In my experiences, there were always ceiling fans in every study room, if not every room of the house. I wasn’t accustomed to this odd need for additional lighting setups and ventilation solutions. At that time, I thought maybe the home building I was living in was just too old for such innovations. I assumed that it was a one-off mistakes and they simply forgot to update the building with overhead ceiling fans. However, in the years since that first experience, I have been amazed to find this avoid of ceiling fans in several apartments and houses, this Heating, Ventilation and A/C nightmare unquestionably seems to be extremely common, what I can’t understand is how they properly regulate their indoor temperature without fans. If you ask me, having an overhead fan helps a fantastic deal to disperse your extravagant indoor treated air. In the winter time you can efficiently push the warm air away from the ceiling and back down towards the ground level. This allows you to set lower indoor temperature controls and save on heating utility bills. In the summer, you don’t have to operate your AC is heavily if you have a refreshing breeze. When it comes to ceiling fans, I feel they are a necessity.
