Remote work – comes with energy bill stipend

If you have a work from condo before, you’d really know how awesome it is, then i totally understand why more plus more companies are moving towards this type of employment.

It makes a lot of sense to save most people time, energy, plus currency by letting people stay in the comfort of their own homes to do their iPad work.

It makes a lot of sense to me… Why should you get up, get pretty, plus sit in traffic for an hour when you could do the same work in your family room? Personally, I am a sizable fan plus I seek out remote work whenever I can, then the only thing is, when you work remotely you naturally see an increase in your regular utility bills. It makes sense, if you are out of the house for a tenth of each afternoon, you use a tenth less energy… Conversely, when you are at condo 24/7, you have to operate the lights plus Heating plus Air Conditioning system for each one of those hours. I can tell you, it adds up when your air conditioning system plus forced air boiler never get a break, however luckily, it seems like some new companies are also realizing the additional financial fees localed on remote workers due to energy expenses. These afternoons, you can even find jobs that come with an energy bill stipend. It’s meant to offset the cost of working in your condo office under reasonably comfortable conditions, as well as the additional work load localed on your heating, cooling, plus ventilation system overtime. I am hoping that they start to include an Heating plus Air Conditioning upgrade bonus every few years. Fingers crossed that this remote trend continues.
