My partner and I obtained a pretty hold condo a couple of years ago! My pal and I were young and didn’t have too much money put away however my associate and I particularly wanted to have a place of our own, and so my associate and I used what money my associate and I did have and it has been nice for a little while.
- Now, that my partner and I are in a better place financially my associate and I want to start making upgrades to the house.
My pal and I started off by redoing the kitchen. My pal and I got new appliances, changed the stone and even go new counters. My pal and I want to do something else however my associate and I can’t quite decide what it should be yet, but at least that is what my partner thinks is going on, and however, I have been planning to redo the entire heating and cooling system as a surprise for her birthday, however i know that sounds like a lame gift, however I know she is going to love it. She is going out of city with her mom and when she comes back the heating and cooling system is going to be completely redone. I only have four afternoons to get the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C remodel done and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company I have been working with has been particularly helpful, and they are going to stick to my timeframe and budget. If all goes as planned she will be completely surprised when she gets back from her trip. I can’t wait to see the look on her face when she sees what I have been planning. I might even get the husband of the year award.
